Q:  How do I place an order with Strategic Brands? 

A: Strategic Brands is a manufacturer and does not sell to the consumer directly.  If you are a consumer, we suggest you contact one of our online retail partners by using the Google Shopping link on each items page. 

If you are a trade related business and you would like to set up an account with us, please complete the Credit Application.  We will be happy to provide you with login information, so you can place your order online or you can send an email to CS@Strategic-Brands-Inc.com.  

Q: If I place an order, how soon will it arrive? 

A:  Strategic Brands ships within 48 business hours via UPS and Fed Ex.  If expedited shipping is required, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team. 

Q: Do screws come with my order? 

A: Each piece ordered is packaged with 1" and 1.5" 8-32 Machine Screws.  Some of our larger items and Appliance Pulls are packaged with larger screws that accomodate the hardware.  Similarly, all our bath hardware is packaged with the appropriate mounting hardware required, as well.
